We are excited to welcome you to the 2020/2021 school year! During this ever-changing environment, we will continue to communicate via Parent Square to provide information and updates during the summer.
First Day of School:
Monday, August 10, 2020
*Please look for El Dorado Union High School District Office updates regarding the 2020-2021 school year.
New Student Registration:
Please follow the instructions above and submit all required paperwork to the registrar, Kathy Schults via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please refer to the Enrollment Checklist to verify complete packets are submitted.
We will start accepting registration packets for the 2020-2021 school year starting June 15.
New Student Orientation:
With the new state guidelines for reopening schools we do not have the ability to bring all of our new students together for an Orientation. This year we will have an Orientation video for students to watch. That video will be released the week before school starts. We want everyone to know that we deeply regret this change. One of our favorite activities is meeting our new students in person and answering their questions.
New Parent Orientation:
The new state guidelines for reopening schools will also not allow us to have a large Parent Orientation. So we will be creating a video Orientation for all parents which will be released the week before school starts. We want everyone to know that we deeply regret this change. We look forward to meeting and speaking with our new parents every year at Orientation.
Class Schedules/Schedules Changes:
New and returning students will be able to access their schedules for the 2020-2021 school year from their Aeries account after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020.
Schedule changes will be restricted to changes based on courses required for graduation, course misplacement, or a level change. Please refrain from email and phone communication regarding schedule changes. Rather, please only use the Course Change Request Form. Students are to follow the class schedule they receive on the first day of school.
Drop in appointments will not be available during the summer.
