If you have not turned in your registration packet, please scan and email completed packets to our Registrar, Kathy Schults at kschults@eduhsd.k12.ca.us.
*If you are not currently enrolled at either Marina Village or Rolling Hills, additional paperwork is required to enroll. Please refer to the Enrollment Checklist prior to submitting packet.*

2021-2022 Course Directory for course descriptions and use this information when making course requests for the 2021-2022 school year.

Current Freshman (Class of 2024)
Hello Current 9th Graders and Families:
The Counseling Department is excited to announce a new change in registration this year. All students will submit their course requests via the Student Aeries Portal for the 2021-2022 school year! The time frame to enter course requests in Aeries will be Monday, February 8th - Thursday, February 11th.
Once you have submitted your course requests through the Aeries Student Portal, please turn in your completed and signed paper
Course Request Worksheet to your English teacher no later than Friday, February 19th.
For Step-by-Step instructions on how to enter Course Requests in the Aeries Portal, please use the link below:
Current 9th Graders will:
- Sign up for the required core courses: English, world history, science, math, and life fitness course.
- The remainder of the course request(s) will be filled with student’s choice (by availability).
- The elective choices are listed on the back of the Course Request Form.
- The Counseling Office will contact students who need an application for the requested program (example: AVID, Leadership)
- For course descriptions and course pre-requisite information, please consult the El Dorado Union High School District 2021-2022 Course Directory (eduhsd.k12.ca.us).
- If you did not receive a paper copy of your transcript, please login to your Aeries Portal, select “Grades” from the drop down menu and then select “Transcripts”. If you would like to print, use the “Ctrl+P” shortcut.
To further assist with course selection, Counselors will be available at lunch from February 1, 2021 through February 11, 2021 in front of the Counseling Office. This opportunity is available for students only.
If you wish to meet with your Counselor virtually about your course requests, appointments can be scheduled starting February 22, 2021.
REMINDER: Please turn your Course Request Worksheet into your English teacher by Friday, February 19th, once you have submitted your course requests through the Aeries Portal the week of February 8th.

Current Sophomore (Class of 2023)

Information regarding Graduation is sent out through the Assistant Principal's Office.
