2 - Step Process

Online Enrollment

Step-by-Step Instructions


Step 1: Go to the Aeries Online Enrollment Website

  • Make sure the top of the page says:
    “Welcome to Aeries Online Enrollment - El Dorado Union High School District.”
  • If it does, you’re in the right place!

Step 2: Begin Enrollment

  • If this is your first time enrolling, scroll all the way down and click the blue “Enroll a New Student” button.
  • If you’ve already enrolled another student at Oak Ridge High School, click “Login.”

Step 3: Select the School Year

  • Choose the correct year you are enrolling for (for example, 2025–2026).
  • Click Next.

Step 4: Review Required Information

  • A “Required Information” page will appear.
  • You may print it for reference.
  • Click Next when you’re ready to continue.

Step 5: Create an Account (New Users Only)

  • Enter your Name, Email Address, and Password.
  • Click Create Account.
  • Read the Terms of Service, check the box “I agree,” and click Next.
  • RETURNING USERS - 
    • If you already have an account, click Login and use your existing email and password.
      You can use the “Forgot Password” link if needed.

Step 6: Enter Student Information

  • Student’s Name Page:
    • Enter your child’s First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, and Grade. If your child plans to start the following school year, enter that grade level.
    • Click Next.

Step 7: Enter Student Address

  • Fill in Street Address, City, and Zip Code.
  • Answer the question:
    • “Use residence address above as mailing address?”
    • Choose Yes (if same) or No (to enter a different mailing address).
  • Click Next.

Step 8: Email Verification

  • Check your email and verify it before continuing — this step is required. 
  • You will not be able to log back in until you activate your account by selecting the “Click Here” link in the verification email.

Step 9: Complete All Enrollment Pages

  • Use the navigation menu at the top — each section will show a ✔️ when complete.
  • You’ll be asked to provide information in the following order:
  • 1. General Student Information – Gender, contact numbers, race/ethnicity.
  • 2. Language Information – Home Language Survey.
  • 3. Parent/Guardian Information – At least one parent or guardian required.
  • 4. Restrained Individual (if applicable) – Indicate if a court order exists.
  • 5. Local Physician Information – Optional (depending on district settings).
  • 6. Emergency Contacts – Up to 4; at least 1 required with name, relationship, and phone number.
  • 7. Health Survey – List any medical conditions or notes.
  • 8. Other District Enrollments – Previous schools attended (if applicable).
  • 9. Document Uploads – Upload required documents (e.g., proof of residence, birth certificate, immunization record).
  • File size limit: 4 MB per file.
  • iPhone images (HEIC/HEIF) are automatically converted to JPG.
  • 10. Supplemental Questions – Complete all that appear.
  • 11. Residence/Foster/Military Survey – Answer questions about housing, foster care, and military status.
  • Tip: If you see gray (locked) pages, finish the current blue page first to unlock the next step.

Step 10: Review Your Information

  • A summary page will appear at the end.
  • Use the Edit icons to fix any information.
  • When everything looks correct, follow our instructions at step 11 below.

Step 11: Sign and Submit

  • You’ll see a signature area at the bottom:
    • Type your name as your electronic signature.
  • Click Submit.
    • The school will receive your enrollment automatically and contact you if more information is needed. Due to a high volume of enrollment applications, we will only reach out if additional information is needed.
    • Either the middle school or Oak Ridge will send communication about timelines and next steps.
    • You can print a copy of your submission for your records.

Step 12: Log Back In (If Needed)

  • You can return anytime to check your Pending Enrollments. 
    • Click Resume to continue a saved application.
  • Once an enrollment is submitted, you will no longer see it or have access to it in the Aeries Online Enrollment. 

Helpful Tips
  • Save your login info! You’ll use this account for future Oak Ridge High School enrollments.
  • Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk).
  • Upload clear documents—blurry files may delay processing.
  • Verify your email before continuing past Step 5.
