Complete online enrollment using the link within the above "Enrollment Procedures" Document. You will see a "Congratulations" message after successful completion on your online enrollment.
Download the Freshman Course Request Worksheet for your incoming 9th grade student. You may print the worksheet and turn it in to the Counseling Office at Oak Ridge or, you may scan and email it to ORHS Registrar, Kathy Schults: kschults@eduhsd.k12.ca.us

Enrollment Process for Incoming 10th, 11th, and 12th Graders:

Step 1) Complete Online Enrollment
Complete online enrollment using the link within the above "Enrollment Procedures" Document. You will see a "Congratulations" message after successful completion on your online enrollment.
Step 2) Turn in a Course Registration Worksheet
Download a Course Registration Worksheet for your incoming student(s). Select the worksheet that corresponds with their grade level for the 2024-2025 school year. You may print the worksheet and turn it in to the Counseling Office at Oak Ridge or, you may scan and email it to ORHS Registrar, Kathy Schults: kschults@eduhsd.k12.ca.us

Course Registration for CURRENT ORHS Students
Course Registration for 2024-2025 is complete. If you have questions, please conact your Counselor.
Course Registration Timeline & Information for the 2024 - 2025 School Year
February 9
Students Received Registration Materials
During their Advisory on this day, *all students in grades 9-11 received a course request worksheet and step-by-step instructions for online course selection. If absent from Advisory class on this day, students should go to their Advisory teacher and ask for the information they missed in class.
*ISP Students
Independence Study Program students should connect with their ISP teacher regarding course registration.
*ODLP Students
Online Distance Learning Program students already received a Parent Square email message from the Counseling office. If you are a current Online Distance Learning Student, please email your Counselor or visit the Counseling office and ask for a Course Request Worksheet.
Students Submit Course Registration
February 13 - 16
Students will register for courses in Aeries and complete their Course Request Worksheet. Each grade level will be given time and guidance to complete these tasks during Advisory on the dates listed below.

Option A: Sign-Up for Flex Time
Students can choose a date (Feb 13, 14, 15, or 16) & sign up for “Course Registration Questions” in RTI.
Option B: Drop-In at Lunch

February 13

When selecting courses for next year, here are a few a few general reminders/tips:
- Have conversations with your teachers for their recommendations on your next year’s course selections.
- Ask a Counselor if you have questions.
- When choosing your courses, you will first need to sign-up for the required core courses. The remainder of your course request(s) will be filled by availability.
- Please note the courses that require an application in order to be enrolled (example: Yearbook, Leadership, TA). Stop by the Counseling office if you have questions about these forms. You can only be enrolled in these courses if an application is submitted.
- For course descriptions and course pre-requisite information, please review the El Dorado Union High School District Course Directory.
- To view your transcript / completed credits, please login to your Aeries Portal, select “Grades” from the drop down menu and then select “Transcripts”. If you would like to print, use the “Ctrl+P” shortcut. Note: All current students received a transcript during their grade level career unit. In their Advisory class on Friday, February 9th, current 10th and 11th grade students received an updated transcript along with other course registration materials.
