Teen Wellness

Many teens and families can face emotional/mental health challenges. In an effort to ensure that you have help to meet the needs of your family, we are sharing the following resources. We also encourage you to explore the Sierra Child and Family Services website. Through a partnership with Sierra Child & Family Services, all EDUHSD campuses offer a Wellness Center to support the social/emotional needs of students.

If you have a non-crisis need for assistance relating to mental health, please contact your primary care physician.  If they are unable to assist, our Wellness Center staff may be reached using the following email address or phone number: (530) 280-2009 or
Please note: The Wellness Center is OPEN Monday through Friday by appointment only. Please contact your school counselor or reach out to the provided phone/email above to schedule an appointment.
In the case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911. You may also refer to the attached Crisis Resource Flyer.
